Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Taiwan. Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed, unless a product page states otherwise.

Shipping Fees

• Convenience-store pickup: NT$60.
• Free shipping may be available for orders of NT$1,000 or more, unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Convenience-Store Pickup

Convenience-store pickup may require the recipient name to match the customer's ID document. If you use an English name, nickname, initials, or a name without a family name, store staff may not be able to verify pickup. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Orders returned because the pickup period has expired, or because the recipient information cannot be verified, may require the customer to pay the full shipping fee again before reshipment.

Delivery to outlying islands may take additional business days depending on the selected store and carrier.

All prices, shipping fees, and payments are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).
