Payment

Available payment methods may include credit card, ATM virtual account transfer, convenience-store payment code, LINE Pay, or cash payment for in-store pickup, depending on the order and checkout options shown at the time of purchase.

Credit card payments are processed through our payment provider. Visa, JCB, and Mastercard may be available when shown at checkout.

For ATM virtual account transfer or convenience-store payment code, please complete payment within the stated payment period. Payment instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

All prices and payments are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).

Order Information

Please make sure your order information, recipient name, phone number, email address, shipping or pickup method, and payment information are accurate before submitting your order.

For convenience-store pickup, the recipient name may need to match the customer's ID document. Orders returned because of expired pickup time or unverifiable recipient information may require the customer to pay the full shipping fee again before reshipment.
